Absolutely not! God will destroy this nation if it does not repent of its pride and arrogance. The Bible indeed contradicts, even condemns, the murdering of poor people for profit. Anyone with open eyes can see what capitalism has done to this nation. We have the very rich and the very poor with very little in between--- the almost non existent middle class. Does Jesus approve of injustice? NO! He said that if a man has two coats and sees a brother who has no coat, that he should give the brother with no coat his extra one. Nothing in that statement tells me to heap up treasure for myself while others are cold and hungry. If we are going to heap up treasures in the world, it should be for the SOLE purpose of having enough to provide others with what they need. We are to LOVE one another. How can we say we love others if we keep to ourselves more than what we need when others are needy??? Those who are truly following God will certainly have all they need. But they will also freely give to others who are needy. It's sad, but I just don't see that happening very much. Peace.

You are welcoming a Republican, Christian evangelical backlash with this question. I'd find your sword and shield, if I were you! Prepare for battle!

If you take a good look at globalization, it is an economic construct created by corporate CEOs and the World Bank.

The corporation, an entity which has attained "person-hood" in law, is psychologically a psychopathic personality. All the corporation cares about is its stockholders. It's only purpose is to create more capital, more profit, for its stockholders. What it does to attain "more" is of no importance. Life has no meaning to this legal person.

A better question might be, "Would Jesus approve of the actions of the corporation?" Not only that, "Would Jesus approve of governments who are complicit with the corporation?"

This seems to be not a question, but more of a political statement. So I'm guessing that you really don't care whether Jesus approves or disapproves at all. I really have my doubts as to whether you practice a belief in God anyway. So as to whether Jesus approves of American Imperialism or not; when you are kneeling before the judgement seat, if by some chance, this question comes to your mind, which I doubt it will, go ahead and ask Him.

Jesus would not have been involved in politics. He said" My kingdom is no part of this world." John 18:36 and He refused to be used a a political pawn in his day John 6:15 This is because when his rulership begins to fully operate on earth it will be far better than anything mans governments have to offer. I am sure Jesus would agree with the principles for which America stands, and should spread all over the world : freedom, democracy, good will, and a lot of others good stuff ...
About killing people ... if it is to stop those people to kill other people then it is fair isn't?

Probably not.
As Americans, even those of us who are Christians, we have set money on a pedestal as an idol. We choose it over Christ and his ways all the time. It is truly a sad state of affairs.

Americans do not murder poor people for profit. However, it is hard to tell someone that God loves you and I love you just prior to blowing their head off. That holds true for people of all nations.

No. He's dead, if he existed at all. He doesn't disapprove either. He doesn't do anything. He doesn't exist now.

If Jesus did exist and you were able to go back in time and ask him about what he would think about this government, I still can't answer you. That's because what is ascribed to Jesus was written decades after he supposedly died. We know nothing about that guy.
