No, pell grants is money given to you by the government to help you with school. Sometimes if you get alot of pell grant money, you get refunds of whatever is left over after all of your school expenses (tuition, dorm, etc.) is paid. Loans are the ones you have to pay back.

no they are grants not loans and you can keep whatever remaining money you have left of your pell grants every semester
