Girl cause it is the girl who is reluctant to have sex and 9 out of 10 virgins will refuse sex if they are not married. All the guys are ready for sex and only 1 in 1000 guys will refuse if the girl asks.
So should be the girl's call.

The guy is the one that does it most of the time but it is up to you are you ready to make that move just don't push your self on her and push her away.
