I love granola with yogurt, and I snack on fruit when I can, does anyone know of any other foods that are good for you and semi-filling as snacks that I can eat in between meals?

Shelled edamame!!!!! great source of protein very filling. Its my 16 month old and 2 1/2's favorite too. I just pop it in the microwave for a couple of minutes depending on serving size and litely salt.
Please try it at least once you can get in the frozen food section of most stores or Trader Joes.

Have a GREAT day!
