We were are the same, but we diverged as time went on. After the Tower of Babel, we were forced to go all over the world, and as a result of the different climates and diets, we physically changed.
The Bible says that God made us us out of the earth and dust, which is why it is said that when we die, we return to the earth.

I heard a horrible creationist theory the other day. This person told me that black people orginated from Caine who was Adam and Eve's son. He murdered his brother Able and God marked him Black...Therefor all Black people came from Caine.

If I hadn't been speaking to this guy over the internet I would've kicked his southern American *** back to the beggining of time.

Evolution gives a proper explination for where black people came from. Most Black people orginated from hotter countries than white. The reason they have Black skin is so they could survive under such hot conditions. We caucasian's burn after a short period of time, but it takes longer for a Black person's skin to burn in the sun.
They evolved that way, so they could survive.

As for being created from sand, that's what creationists would have you believe. I don't think it's true I think our creation took a lot longer, was a lot more complicated and all the more wonderous than that.

Don't know if the bible said anything about where black people came from. I only ever read Genesis, Revelation and parts of Mathew, Mark, Luke and John.

The Bible does not say that how there are white people or black people but it does say that all people came from Adam who was created from the dirt of the ground.

The soil we were made of came from red topsoil dirt. According to Hebrew root word definition of dirt.

At the Tower of Babel the nations were divided. God gave each nation their own language and so they divided accordingly. There were also earthquakes, land dividing, etc. (Phleg was named according to happenings born at that time.) So, with the division, people ended up on different continents, and life lengths were cut short. People didn't make their 200th birthday anymore. So, people adapted to their own colors, depending on how they mated. Survival of the fittest and the most attractive I would guess.

dirtyclass,
That is not in the bible. So, don't believe it. Replace it with the truth found in the bible. No one knows what the mark on cain was. It was just to let others know He had murdered his brother, that God was dealing with it God's way.

the use of sand is about the number of people in the future. Race is not a topic of discussion in the Bible. It makes a few short referances but not an issue.

It doesn't specifically say anything in the bible about how we came to have mulitple races. There are however a number of theories on it. The first is that after God confused the languages and made people spread out their features (including skin tone) changed in order to best suit them according to where they now lived. Another is that when God originally made man and woman He put in them the genetic ability to make multi race children. If you want to look more deeply in to these and other ideas check these sites out, they may help. Good luck and God bless.

The bible does not specify about the creation of different races. It is theorized, however, that at the Tower of Babel is when the races were divided. It says that the people all spoke on elanguage until that point, and hhe divided them then. The people then diverged onto their own paths. If they spoke different languages, why wouldn't they look different as well?

Genesis 2:7 "And the Lord God formed man of the DUST of the ground." There is no text about how white and black people came about that I know of but then I do not know everything.

God created one race. Everyone on the face of the earth can trace their lineage to Noah and/or Eve.

People were dispersed from the plains of Shinar in Babylonia. (The tower of Babel) to different geographic locations and became the different races of people through inbreeding and environmental factors.

We were created from "dust". -elemental particles.

The bible is mainly just the stories of the Middle Eastern race because that's where it was written. It's only logical to assume that they wrote about their own towns and events before they realized that the world was larger.
