Go with a colour that accents your eyes. Something like a medium shade of brown with light highlights because if you dye your hair a light colour then it will make you look pale if you have very light skin. I hope this helps... :)

It would rather depend on what look you want to create. A nice light copper colour goes well with fair skin, especially if you have freckles.

Jet black if you want a gothic look, but probably a silvery blonde would best compliment fair skin.

Don't scrape it back though. I find that style of hair makes a girl look very scary and (for some reason) even accentuates that pale look. A mild darkening of the eye brows will alleviate some of the paleness if you're not happy with it.

Dark brown or nearly black, I'll say! you're lucky, you'll be able to wear all those beautiful bright primer colours that they're selling everywhere this days. I have olive skin and greenish- brown eyes and I'm finding it difficult to find interesting colours. I'm so sick of brown and it's really difficult to find good deep shades.
I guess we all want what we havent got...

Try a light shade of brown with some lighter and darker steaks. These are called highlights and low lights. They look pretty natural

Copper or down-right RED; that's what I have, and it works tremendously well.....

Be careful of blond tones; they'll make you look pink (think piglet), - and with your very light skin very dark brown or black will be too harsh.

I think a light hair colour would suit you as it would look lovely with your eyes, but not too light as it would make you look too pale, mayble dark blonde.

not too dark or it could look washed out and pasty. try hazel or chestnut with golden highlights, it will make your eyes look really beautiful. always ask a hairdresser you trust first though
