That's silly... just a coincidence, I have seen many similar deformed trees, this one just happens to look that way. Don't you think God could do a more detailed sculpture than that? Besides, God doesn't do miracles to prove He exists (in almost all cases). He does them for people He loves-- people who love Him. I have seen miracles, ones that happened to me and ones that happened to Christian brothers and sisters. If you truly love God and have faith in Him, maybe He will do one for you.

Out of curiosity, even if I was stupid enough to believe that a tree was praying, why would I assume that the tree is practicing Islam?
