I have not had a serious relationship in over a year. I have not had a date either. I'm afraid of rejection but am otherwise outgoing. Where are the nice guys at and how can I get over my rut?

first of all stop think soooo poorly of yourself if someone rejects you to he!l with them you didnt need them any ways!!!
second is keep telling yourself that your are perfact and if he wont go out with you than he dosnt deserve you!!

There are many guys out there. Don't be afraid let your heart decide whats best. Funny thing is I have been dumped for being too nice. I know how u feel.

Hey. The right guy is out there just take your time and enjoy your life. relationships come and go, but a good one will last forever when it comes along. just enjoy your life.

well if your stuck in a rut get bigger tires for your truck that might work and then the guys will want to go mudding with you more often

just go to different palces, look at the guys, wath thier body language, adn if you see one you might be interested in, go over and strike upa conversation, and any man you do this to will be thrilled, unless hes already in a relatinship. but he might be nervous, jsut because you dont expect somthing like that to happen, but liek i said ya gotta go for it.
