I use a facial mosturizer. I use wal-mart's generic brand for Oil-of-Olay. I have the same thing and I am only 22 years old. The lotion is only like $4.

For most dry skin problems, I'd recommend some vaseline. All you do is put a very thin layer on the dry areas before bed. This will generally work well through the winter months. Also works for your legs too.

this means those areas are already severely dehydrated, so down lotsa water and fruit juices to help heal it, and it is a MUST to lather on a suitable face cream for very dry/sensitive skin...choose one which is suited for cold dry weather. Apply after u wash and tone your face thoroughly, apply day cream and dun forget the night cream before you sleep. If u dont want to dry out the thinnest layer of skin on your body ( skin at eye area), get a good eye cream as well....

Sounds like mild eczema. Try a super-hydrating product like Mary Kay Advanced Moisture Renewal Treatment or Intense Moisturizing Cream.

I know this may sound funny or weird, but wash your face first in head and shoulders the one in the blue bottle for severe dandruff and then after you dry it put some Vaseline around those areas. do this twice a day for about a week and it will end the flakes and the scales and after it goes away keep your face moisturized with some Vaseline.

Cold weather brings dry air. So, exfoliate to remove dry patches. Try Lancome Comforting Exfoliating Creme. Its gentle so it wont over dry your skin, and plus it smells nice.

And remember to moisturize daily after you wash your face to help reduce dryness.

Try a product called Eucerin. Get the cream. Put it on before bed and before you go outside. Let me know how it works for you.
