the noise in my hear is like a swooshing sound, at the rate of my heart beat. mainly when i lay down is when i hear it. i have good blood pressure and i do smoke cigs. im thinkin it could be the smoking to much might cause this? it drives me crazy

i have a great immune system, hardly ever ever get sick i take vitamins, althoug i do drink a lottttttttttt of energy drinks, the xxl monster drink every night i have 1 maybe thats it?

I would say you have a clogged ear drum, perhaps an ear infection. Have you had trouble with your sinuses lately? When I smoked, I was much more inclined to get colds and sinus related trouble. It certainly doesn't help your immune system. A sinus tablet would help, but consider quitting the habit!

Sounds like you've got some fluid behind your eardrum. If I were you, I'd call the doctor just to be safe. It's nothing too serious, but I wouldn't ignore it.
