There is one way I know of to manipulate colors in developing, and it's called cross-processing. You process in chemicals meant for a different film, in other words. I did it once by accident when I developed slide film in chemicals meant for negative film. The results were weird! The colors were way off. If you want to get really artistic and don't care about your results, you could try that, but not on anything important, because you might hate the results.
