you have fluid build up, possibly an infection, Get some decongestant and that should relieve the pressure!
then see a Doc

You probably either have excess water in your ear or an ear infection. Try sleeping with the pulsating ear on the pillow and see if water drains out during the night. You could also try some stuff called Auro which can be found at drug stores... it clears up 'swimmers' ear- or an ear that has water trapped in it. If it goes on for more than a couple days- see a doctor.

Muscle spasm in your ear-I get those occasionally...does it SOUND like air is making a WHOOSH! noise in your ear?If so,probably a muscle spasm!
If it continues,sounds like you should get it checked out!
