Hello I live in the french part of Switzerland and this is the best I can come up with as the phrase dose not translate exactly---- "mis en place des lecteurs et aides bénévole pour les mal voyants et aveugles " hope it helps

they must be a more formal way to say that,so far i can t think of any other way to say it. If i see a better answer i ll let you know. i would say:
"un poste d'aide volontaire pour aider les gens avec probleme de vue a faire leur courses et leur lectures"
