Maybe the rich intelligent good looking and honest men are not looking for someone that wants a rich, intelligent, good looking and honest man as their main priorities.
Maybe as they are intelligent and good looking they get a lot of attention and therefore can work out different women as they turn up and can zero in on the sort of woman that they like.
Maybe they are looking for love, friendship, warmth and connection !!
Are you being the sort of woman that an intelligent guy would want ?

Well... I am honest, intelligent, and good looking.
However, I aint rich... atleast not yet. ha ha!!
To be honest, I believe you are being tooooo fussy over your ideal man. There are a lot of decent guys out there, and to be honest, even if I was intelligent, good looking, RICH, and honest, I would never go out with a girl like you. You wouldnt be after me, you'd be after my wallet for shopping and I guess I have opened the door as to why you aint getting any luck with men in the first place.
If you keep to your criteria... then you may as well give up!!!

You may consider me to be big-headed or boastful. However, I would class myself as intelligent, fairly good looking, honest and although not stinking rich, I'm comfortably supporting myself with plenty of money in the bank. Does that count? There are men that match your idea of the perfect man out there: Just don't give up finding your Mr. Perfect. Hope I've helped ;)

Admitted bit of humor intended.
The best guy I know of -- brilliant, funny, sensitive, romantic, honest, kind, a good dad and the whole nine yards -- got married about nine months ago.
My wife tells me he's not rich though. Judging by my checkbook balance, she's right....
Seriously though -- I'm not the only guy with integrity out there in the world, and some of the good guys even have the blessings of wealth. Thing is, a good man is looking for the same standards of quality in a woman, and if you have them you will set yourself apart from the rest of the competition and HE will find you.

Okay, he may not be "rich", but he is wonderful!!! All the money in the world couldn't buy what we have. He is 41, I am 39, we each have four children from our first marriages. The ages are 19, 19, 14, 14, 12, 11, 7 and 6. It sounds crazy, but I have never been happier in my life! Match.com
