I really like this girl at work, do I just try playing it cool and hope she comes to me, or do I approach her...and if I do what do I say? I know she does have some feelings for me.

approach her and say hi, my name is (insert name here). i know we don't talk much because of work, but i was wondering if you'd like to go to lunch with me. talk during lunch, if it's going smooth then invite her to a movie or dinner, or both. just don't come off too strong. be yourself, don't try to impress. you can impress her on your first date.

If you already don't talk to her much, try saying hi and smile. After about the next few times you see her, say something nice about her like, "that dress looks good on you," "Wow, you have nice colored eyes." just something small so that she will notice that maybe you like her. From there, she probably should start talking to you (unless she thinks you're a nerd or something). What should you talk about? Try conversation starters like, "What did you think about the game last night", "Have you noticed...." Don't ask questions that will give you a yes or no answer; leave it open-ended so that she will have to talk about it. Look like you are interested in what she says -lean in, nod your head, and look at her face and into her eyes. From there, if you don't know what to do, ask another question.

2 Words man: Sexual Harassment. Don't say crap to her on the job unless you want fired. Rather from her, or someone overhearing. Wait until you leave work and ask her to go have a coffee or something. Don't try the cheesy one-liners that make you sound like a retard. "Hi my name is Bob, let's go get some dinner" works nicely.

You might try talking to her about work first.
How's her day going, etc. After several weeks of small talk and maybe sitting with her at lunch break, suggest she meet you after work just to talk and get to know her a little better. Or say to her one day that you'd like to ask her out on a date someday and let her think about it. ;)
Then, one day you say, are you ready for me to take you to dinner this friday nite? well, good luck. ;)

Dont ask her to a movie......thats a bad date...What I would want to here is just start out with a conversation...then casually say wanna get lunch or coffee...then after that date you can get her number and see where it takes you...
