I had a reduction/lift 2 years ago and yes, it hurt. I was off work for 2 weeks and couldn't lift anything over a few pounds. I was black and blue and had stitches that looked gross. I also had sharp pains, almost like needles poking me every once in a while. This is normal and it's basically the nerves re'growing. Initially the breasts will be very high on her chest and kind of hard, but as gravity does its work they'll fall into their natural place on her body. Mine took about 6 months before they looked "normal" again. I still have scars but they are very faint and flat. You wouldn't even be able to notice unless you were looking for them.

I know a couple of ppl that have had it done... It's worth it, they may seem a lil high after getting them done but they'll go back to their normal place and it'll hurt depending on the person... On one of the girls it didn't hurt at all and the other one just felt sore

I suspect that this is the beginning of a list of cosmetic procedures that your girlfriend will undergo. Statistically, it has been shown that people who go for their first cosmetic enhancement, will make a return trip to the Plastic Surgeons within a short period of time. Is there no natural exercise routine that will achieve the same result?

Pain... lots and lots of pain. My aunt had a reduction and lift and she was miserable. Just make sure someone is around to help with the aftercare and to get her to her follow-up appointments. I know that my aunt is A LOT more comfortable now that she's had the surgery and I think it improved her self-confidence some as well.

K, First is she doing it for herself or did you push her into it. If she wants it done let her but dont push her to do it. Instead just get married and save the money for the kids to have fun with it go buy toys and suck.

Let's get this right. She's had your kids and you haven't married her yet? Now she wants a breast job? Sounds to me that she's trying to please you. I say if you have the money and don't have to go debt to get the job done - don't do it - marry her instead bud.
