You're not bad looking, but who cares what me and the rest of those who respond think. What matters is how you feel about your self. Let your inner beauty shine through. You said yourself, that you feel confident at times. That's great! Don't lose that.
There are many very physically attractive people in this world with very ugly personalities and questionable character.

Definitely not ugly...you need to relax, we all feel ugly some days no matter how good looking we are. The one thing to remember is that if you believe you look good and are self confident then that is what people will see.

most of us kids cant get on to my space from the schools but i can check it at home and well no body should have the right to tell you that you pretty or not if you think that your ugly then that is how you protrait yourselve if you want to be pretty then think it every day and have some self confindents i looked last night if i was a guy whoa

I think that you are average.. Not model material but average.. I'm not into bangs so I would say let your bangs grow and try some layers.. but ur average.. so don't worry.. ur good..
