I believe He inspired people to invent them to further His work in the last days.
While these things can bring about a lot of good, unfortunately, these things have been misused.

Man, being the arrogant being that he is,will not like this answer. God has ordained for these things to be. He has called it into being , for He is God, sovereign and all-wise. He has ordained that these things will come into being in the fullness of time as His plan for this world is still unfolding until the end of time. Decades ago the world did not need to be so advanced as it is now, but as we are moving towards the the final stages of His plan, the time is ripe for the vast technological advances we are facing daily. The anti-christ will rule the world[ according to God's Plan] and now everything about everyone -. This can only happen through technology. How are we in touch with each other today? technology! So, no matter what man claims, God and God alone is in control. He allows man to 'invent' these things, but it has been pre-ordained!

No God did not created computer, tv's, and telephones, but it does say in the Bible that in the last days technology and knowledge will increase. God does give mankind the brains to invent and create these "pleasures of the world." Mankind did, but with God's gift of knowledge.

Indirectly. God created men who, in turn, invented those things you mention and so I guess God is responsible by proxy. Computers, complex as they are, cannot begin to compare to the human brain. And how much technology is is implemented toward the making of robots and machines invented for the purpose of duplicating even the simplest of human capabilities? Pretty fascinating stuff, I think.

No, God created you, and you "made" NOT "created" computers, BUT God created the materials that you used to make these computers, he also created your brain, so start worshiping God.

Yes, he did it through gifts of intelligence. Much of what is invented is patterned after what "Daddy" created in nature.
