No exercise or anything else will increase the size of your chest -- you have what nature gave you.

One of the worst things to do: Look at or pay attention to all those wierd, anorexic models or other magazines who show women with UNNATURAL Bodies.

YOU are what you have been born to be -- accept it and like it the way you are. This is how a CONFIDENT woman behaves -- she KNOWS that she is MORE than the superficial looks, and she can use her BRAIN as well to provide for her needs in the marketplace and on the job.

NO.
Exercise will only tone it up. Dont get too thin otherwise ur bust will also decrease, as they r made up of fat cells.
If u wanna increase the size, take some fats in ur diet for a few months. But beware, it will look on other parts of the body as well.

You can make them perkier by exercise - one is: put your palms together as if you were praying, fingers pointing upwards, hands level with your boobs. Then press them together and you'll feel a slight pull under your arms and at the top of your chest. Do 10-20 of these when you have a spare moment. It just works the natural 'bra' of muscles to perk you up. Hope that helps.

no and trying to excersise your bust could have some potential down falls for woman. Ask your doctor before attemoting to fiddle with that area. Push up bras are the bomb and the only natural way to get a little lift. Boobs aren't supposed to be rock hard. if they were everyone woudl have them!!! They're fine the way they are hey... atleast you have boobs!

I'm sure there are no excercise to increase your chest size as a woman. But there are excersises you can do to tone the muscle underneath, giving you the appearance of a larger chest.

The breast has no muscle but you can exercise the muscles beneath it and this will give a fuller appearance, but you must persist and maintain the exercises. Good luck.

No, that's only a myth. If you're a female and exercise your chest, your breats will decrease in size. Breasts are made of fat. Therefore, if you work out your chest they will turn into muscle.

NO! breasts are mainly made of fat, if you do excersices for your chest, you'll be burning that fat, and your breast will actually get smaller....

But, hey, WHO CARES?

breast of ALL sizes are attractive (no, im not a lesbian), i am a woman who thinks variaty is a great thing...

i wish i knew who started the ridiculous obsession with huge breasts, it's just stupid!

I dont think so. I have never come across anything that states that exercise enhances or firms up breats.
