Plan B will turn behind the counter in about a week or so. As long as you are 18 and there is a pharmacist present, you should have no problems obtaining the med. The pharmacist should go over proper dosing procedure. Though the dual status of plan B was approved during the summer, it takes about six months for the status to change.

They are not yet offered OTC, but they will be nationwide as of November 1. Not that it helps you right now, but next week you will be able to buy them anywhere over the counter. It's called Plan B. You have to be 18 and over to purchase them.

You can try Planned Parenthood...either they will give them to you or will be able to refer you to a pharmacy. I live in Washington state and we have had problems with bible thumper pharmacists refusing to sell it.
