the kids at school always tease me and stuff me in my locker and take my glasses. how can they get away with this??? what is wrong with kids today??? they are just mean spolied brats???? i didn't een do anuything to hurt them. i almost had to go to the doctor last week because of a head injury they gave me. if something happens to me...there is no one else o teach art class. what do i do???

I hope not Delly part of my job is that of attendance officer! I often have to say the words you mentioned, it's part of my job. There are very few occasions when absence from school, where I live, through the weather, would be authorised. I have to travel 30 minutes to get to work, most of the children have less than a 5 min' walk and would be perfectly safe if they were escorted. If it was so bad they were unsafe then the school should be closed and I could stay off too! I often wonder what my headteacher would say if I told her whilst watching the news the weather man said not to travel unless necessary! Thanks for e-mail Delly, certainly no offence taken. I'm sorry but thats just the funniest crap ever.
However its not if you're serious, consider talking to the principal and maybe the cops...might pay to lock your door for a while and give up teaching until you can learn to stand up for yourself and not take any shiit from those kids.

Tell the principle, get these kids in detention, you have the power to stop it, so stand up for yourself... remember, kids today are so desensitized to violence and don't think about the harm they cause to other people.... be strong, But if the school doesn't protect you sue them, you have the medical records!

just tell them to **** off or youll have your bigger broter kick there ***.but seriously i suggest you go to the counselers during lunch and take a different route to class . try to go down different hallways . just avoid them and pretty soon they leave you alone. tell someone. it doesnt make you a woose . it makes you brave. trust me if there hurting you that bad , then they can get in serious trouble.
