The stone should not move or be loose in anyway - period. Take it to a decent jewler, you may pay a little more, but they should be able to set it correctly. It will be worth it in the long run. I know you probably want to wear it, but I wouldn't until you get it fixed. I lost an emerald doing just that, so be careful! Good Luck!

You should go to a jeweler right away. The prongs that hold the stone in place can get moved by normal wear and tear. The jeweler will be able to tighten those up for you. You should get your ring looked at on the average of once every 12-24 months.

Yes. The stone can fall out. It sounds like you might have hit the ring against something and the stone and prongs got knocked loose.
Take the ring to the jeweler as soon as possible. You wouldn't want the stone to fall out.

Yes... but ONLY take to back to where you bought it to have it re set IF that place is a reputable jeweler.
Re setting stones creates the opportunity for an unscrupulous jeweler to switch it out with another stone of lesser quality or even in extreme cases... completely fake!
Have it re set, but be careful! and make sure they do not send it out and have a before and after appraisal done by a different company...

previous toothbrush and heat soapy water (liquid cleansing soap), supply it a competent scrub ordinarily at the back of the stone and dry on lint unfastened fabric - watch it shine! in case you have had it a on a similar time because it somewhat is a competent time to make certain the claws (little beads of gold which carry the stone in place) are in stable subject. If there are the different stones in the hoop, do no longer sparkling like this, diamond does not ideas, yet another stones won't take it.

If you got the ring from a reputable jeweler, they usually have free service/inspections whenever you need them on a wedding/engagement band.
Otherwise, just take it to a jeweler of your choice and have it tightened. If it's loose, it could fall out.

Take it to the jewelers to have it checks. It's something they should offer for free. It is very possible for the stones to become loose after a while - so it is best to catch that before it becomes too loose and pops out.

Take it to a jeweler and have it checked out. Maybe it can be tightened. The jeweler who sold it to your fiance would do that for free. Another jeweler might charge a very small fee.

just to be on a safe side i think that you should get it fixed. maybe the 4 corners could holdthe diamond. but letting a professional look at i would make you worry less aboutn it.

Bring it back to the jewelers and have them tighten it up. They SHOULD do it free of charge. At least, I never had to pay for that.
