I want to start dating agian (i just broke up with my boyfriend of 2 years) and i would prefer someone like him agian (he was latino) and the only reason we broke up is because i moved.

Well, you can go to clubs even if you're young [teen nights].
You can also go in a chatroom with people from your location and ask who is interested in talking to you and that they have to be latino.
