Just write down with you feel for you, it really doesn't have to rhyme or anything like that. You will be surprised how well it turns out.

Then you have to write from the heart. Don't place too much emphasis on how it will sound because if you do, then you will lose much of the emotion behind it to something that doesnt really articulate how you feel but just sounds good. You don't have to be some sort of poetic genius to make her see and feel how you do about her, just write what you feel and Im sure that she will love and appreciate every word that comes out. What good will it do for you if you know it didnt come from you? If you really want that, write something that comes from the heart. A lady likes a poem because she knows its coming from your heart not because of what they say.
