One minute he will say i don't want any more kids,then the next he will say your going to have another baby with me.I'm confused what does he want or does he even know?

He has no idea what he wants. He probably has some reservations about not having any more kids after the ones you've had. I've heard about some men getting really freaked out by saying that this child is the last one. Maybe he's feeling like that but when he really sits and thinks it through logically he knows that he doesn't need anymore kids. He's probably fighting with his head and his heart. Just tell him that you aren't set one way or the other but you'd rather wait until you are certain that you either want one or you don't before you go there again. He might be relieved.

I am the same way. I am really ready to be done having kids 2 is enough for me and I feel like I am too old to start again. But that doesn't stop me from making the occasional comment.
Just look at it this way, it is just a joke. If he says he is done, he is done. No matter what else he says. You do not want another kid if he is only halfway into it.

I would be hesitant before having another child by him. Make sure this guy is serious because once you have another kid you dont want him to make another impulse descision like "I think I will just leave you for someone else" and then be stuck alone..

He wants another one, but the issue of being able to afford it probably comes up in his head. It'll work out. Just have another kid. More kids to do the chores around the chores.

Sounds like he follows his feelings, makes impulse decisions, whereas you nut things out and make a decision based on researching the facts. What do you want? He will support you in it if he feels right.
