i don't wan't to tone them i just want skinny legs/

im not fat,im actually preety thin.but i wear tight leg pants and i dont like how they looked with toned legs.so i just want skinny legs

You're at somewhat of an impass here.If you lose subcutaneous fat on your legs or anywhere,you'll see more tone.Exercise does not metabolize fat in any given area.That's referred to as spot reduction.

Basically your only choice here is to build more muscle there.This will increase the size of your legs but being a woman only very slightly at best.You can control the degree of muscle tone that you see by increasing your caloric intake but only after you've removed the fat that you want to remove.Until then a sensible low calorie diet and an exercise that you enjoy will help you to lose the fat.You'll retain that softer look but have slightly larger legs.These is really your only options.You'll have to choose which plan best suits your goals.
The best course would be to just cut your caloric intake.That will make your legs slimmer but you're going to see more tone.

You have to work out. I recommend doing at least 30 minutes of spinning class three times a weeks. You will get you legs to look skinny without toning them.

First I want to know, Why the heck do you not want to tone them? I mean I have thin legs, and they would look SO much better if they where toned. Go for a walk!

Do extra stretches and weights, alternatively of aerobic (ie going for walks) but in addition do some strolling and ice skating or swimming. why wouldn't you want them toned!! you can have small legs that are still toned!

basically run your *** off. if you run long enoug you burn fat, after burning fat you burn muscle, decreasing your muscle tone
