Saw my ex this summer,said hi and told him I didn't hate him he was there with his bro,stared at me and then said he had 2 go two nights ago I see him at my workthought he said hi but didn't say anything,he and his dad were looking back at me while they left..then last night I was pushing carts.it was a very cold night and he ran in,paid at customer serivce and ran out.as he was running he kept looking over at me as if he wanted to say hi but was scared or unsure.I know he's shy,so what do you think this means?and would it be a good idea 2 talk 2 him when I see him again,ask him if I can talk 2 him 4 a sec and say I wanna forget what happened(we moved 2 fast and he got scared away) and I'd like to hang out with you again,be friends and see where that goes?but do u think he has feelings 4 me.my friend said maybe he jus didn't have enough time 4 me b-4. Now he's finishing up college,probably will be getting his bachelors soon so maybe now he'll have more time and wants a 2nd chance?????

Not to sound too much like "He's just not that into you" but don't push it. If he wants to talk to you he will, shy or not. He may be thinking about it but let the decission be his.
Don't read to much into anything.
Don't chase after boys, let them chase you....
After all he may not be that into you or he might you are just going to have to wait and see.
(By the way if you havent read that book buy it.)

Who knows how men's brains work? I am male and can't even figure mine out. If you could ever get him to sit down for coffee and some intelligent conversation you might gain a greater insight.

It seems to me that he is avoiding you if he has seen you on several occasions and didnt say anything to you then just leave it alone and move on with your life. dont ask him anything you just might hear a answer that would crush your heart. My advice to you is let well enough alone.
