Yes, I surely do believe in divine appointment. One way or the other, God will get us to where He wants us to be. Study on the subject of predestination. God already knows it all, who will be saved, and who wont. He knows it all, has every answer to every problem if we will just take it to Him and believe for answers, and wait for them. Yes, Divine appointment is very real. Even if we arent cooperating, God already knew that would happen. and he has set in motion a chain of events that will take place to get us thre, whether we like it or now or know it or not. My husband and I have experienced many divine appointment. Get yourself into a full gospel church, start praying and truly studying God's word. not just simply reading it. Study it, meditation upon it. (think on those things) and ask God, He will show you all you are asking for. God tells us obedience leads to blessing and disobedience leads to curse. If we are to stay in Christ, know who we are in Christ, and to obey God, we must know what God is saying. Once you begin to seriously study, pray and stay in the WORD, suddenly the lights come on and such truth is revealed. Its not about being all religious. God says many will call upon Him and He wont even know them. They arent obedient, and dont truly know God. Face to Face we must know Him, one on one. and He will bring you many more divine apointments, for you and your family. Go with this girl, God is leading. Why do you think He allowed this to happen, and to even get you to ask this question? He wants your full heart, and to know the rest of what all He has in store for you. God bless you girl and your entire family. Press on together with the Lord. and, no, this is not Karma. that is not of God. If information and appintment or anything else is not of God, its of the devil. Ask why a divine apointment, why revelation?????? and what is the purpose. Does it lead to God or another source. There is only one God, one true God. the blessed trinity, of three in one. Run to God in prayer and find out these things for yourself. Dont take my word for it or anyone elses. Just go to the source of all questions and problems. GOD. It will change your entire life. and the lives of all around you. Praise GOD>

NO,NO,NO, emphatically NO. Osama bin Laden and all his company believe they're on a divine mission - so does G.W. Bush. David Koresh, Jim Jones, Reverend Moon and countless more have felt divinely called by God, but how may people believe that? Claiming divine appointment has a tendency to cause megalomaniacs, who have a tendency to cause big problems, war not being the least among them. I would never claim that you husband has the potential to become anything like these idiots, he's most likely a fine man, but I think that feeling divinely called is at least a bit delusional. It's a great way to make what one is doing feel terribly important and absolutely the right thing to do, but as a rational thinking person with even a smidgen of humility about my actions and my motives, I wouldn't have the balls to claim to be on a holy mission for God. I'd stick with calling his mission "inspired" at best and tell him to congratulate himself for caring enough to take on this task.

divine appointment to me means doing the work that God has wanted you to do. The work that you were put here on this earth to do.
