No you should not have to if they are of a good quality they should heve clock in memory which operates like your computer clock.....

So long as you leave them plugged into the wall, they shouldn't need to be reset. If you unplug them, they probably will. If they are self-setting then it really doesn't matter what you do. It's hard to say as each manufacturer is different.

Not if you have one that picks up the time signal from the TV transmission like I do
