well... mousse leaves your hair looking and feeling a bit more stiff. To create a "wet look", which literally makes your hair look wet the whole day, use a hair gel or paste that is lighter and will make your tresses less stiff. I personally use Sebastian's Potion no. 9, its great !

With mousse you cant get wet look.To have wet look hair you need gel which you will apply on the wet hair.

Mousse is the "wet look" with volume it looks better...the "wet look" alone is just what it is...I think the wet look (with out mousse)is kinda for the trailer trash society.It's not a good style

Mousse tends to dry out on the head and get stiff.
Wet look seems to stay on like putting carrot oil on hair or aloe vera on hair and slick back
