Try whole grain breakfast breads like cinnamon raisen, or granola bars. Pop tarts are high in sugar and not the best way to start a morning. Also, bananas are great and the potassium in the morning is a bit of an energy burst.

1st of all if you are concern about diet and fitness, you shpuldn't have even asked about it.
but any way if you are looking for something to walk away with the best thing is instant oatmale by quakers, or there is a breakfast bar by GNC called oh yeah, it's the best with agood combination of protein and some carbs.
but if you can spare some time to sit down and prepare a breakfast, it's best to have 4-5 eggwhites with one youlk and 8 oz glass of skim milk and sub oj with an orange, or just grab a banana.
i hope it will be helpful

Pop-tarts are not an okay breakfast choice. Try some fruit (e.g. Apple, Banana, etc) if you are in a rush.

Are you kidding? They are horrible. Sugar, fat.....worthless and no nutritional value. They just make you hungrier. Eat some oatmeal. They have the instant kind. Everyone has time for that. Fills you up.
