There is no such thing as one English accent.
There are many different ones according to regions.(Geordie. Cumbrian. Medway.Kentish. Liverpudllian -just to name a few). Of course there is also the Queen's English which is very plummy and regionless but which is only spoken by a certain class. Do not insult the Scots and the Irish by classing their accents as English.
The sexiest British accent is supposed to be English spoken by a French girl, and I suspect American and Australian are the same.

I would have to say english as spoken by the english in england. Though I do mean the queens english. The american and australian habit and sounding like they are asking a question with every sentence does tend to grate after a while. I know this isn't everyone but it's certainly a higher percentage and unfortunately it's beginning to catch on over here now too.

This answer depends upon who is answering the question. As an American, of the three you list I prefer the British accent, but I have friends from the UK, who say the American accent is sexy. Usually, we like what is a little different. Once we hear the same accent all the time, we get used to it and tired of it. Something new is interesting.
Personally, I love the Filipina girls accent when speaking English. mmmm.... Masarap!

To answer this question you would have to say which regional accent, some regional accents when spoken have the same effect on me as nails down a blackboard. Do all Americans, Australians, or English speak with the same accent?

English received pronunciation is unsurpassed.
The Australian and South African accents sound well and do not have the adverse connotations of some English regional accents. US city accents eg NY, Chicago are so harsh that I started watching French films to escape them. Accents of the old Confederate South are pleasant to hear.
