Depends on the subject and who I'm asking. Like if I ask my husband if some outfit makes my bum look big, I think I'd rather hear a lie, but yeah, for the most part, I'd rather hear the truth.

What is the truth, and would most people recognize or accept it if it was handed to them giftwrapped? Truth is often little more than our perception of things. What is true to me may not be to you. I prefer the truth, but I know it is often little more than the opinion of the individual giving it, myself included.
