Reminds me of what happened when I bought a vibrator years ago. (I'm female.) It got me so de-sensitized that I eventually had to throw it away to avoid destroying my relationship to My Steve.
Do anything too often, you get jaded. Once you are jaded about women even better looking and more creative sexually than your wife, you are in trouble. Can't you let the fires burn down a bit, so that she can have the fun of raising them up again? Keeping them at a fever pitch eventually means the senses are dulled, you are no longer easy to stimulate, etc. Not good, in the long run.

My husband has this problem (the looking at porn part, not the other part), so I did some research a while back, and I did find several doctors who said that looking at porn in excess can cause impotence. It's not a physical thing, it's a mental impotence. When you desensitze yourself to the act of sex so much be looking at porn, you do the same thing that a drug addict does with drugs---eventually, a cocaine addict has to snort more and more and more and more...well you get he picture...before anything happens (and they say that porn addiction can be more difficult to kick than a cocaine addiction, that's how serious it can be). So...you are just in the place where you need more and more and more of your "drug" to make something happen.... Kick the porn habit, you'll be healthier that way.

If that where the case three quarters of the men in the world, at least, would be impotent and our population would be declining.

Yup...says the wife of a former porn addict whose had this problem and researched it to death. It's called desensitization and as far as I'm concerned, you deserve it (no hostility intended).

you are desensitizing it. You also should be more specific. Are you doing anything while looking at porn or just looking at it and not doing anyhting. I think its in your head. If you are doin something you are just callacing it up.

You have probably desensitised yourself. Leave the porn alone for a while and see what happens.

It could be, when you w...ing all day, don't be suprised it wont rise on occasion. Try to watch it with your partner and well use your "ability" to perform together. Dont watch porn all day, have a break, save yourself!!!!!!!
