If you were dating someone and the relationship ended because you were very jealous and controlling but you loved them a lot,why would you want to get back with them if your not sure it will be different. Now say you were having some money issues and you could afford to get another place on your own but it was cheaper to get back with this person, would you do it?I mean if they might still be the same way and then it will just be alot of problems why bother with it?Isn't it better to just take your chances somewhere else like on your own??

Funny you sound like my ex talking. LOVE IS A POWERFUL emotion and when a person TRULY loves someone they are willing to overlook many things. BUT if you know you are like that then QUIT being a BIG Ol' B*I*T*C*H* and start treating this person like YOU should. If the person changed or you thought they were willing to try why not? You just might find that the others person loves you so very much they are willing to put up with your BS, of course IF you FEEL you can do so much better on YOUR OWN THEN why are you asking these questions, go ahead with your life leave the other person alone and QUIT using your power over them (AND YOU KNOW YOU ARE) because you are using their love for you against them. The only thing you want right now is to be free of the fear that YOU CANNOT make it alone. And guess what"I PERSONALLY HOPE YOU FALL FLAT OF YOUR FACE and That he/she (as the case may be) WILL not take you back and that they find a good hearted person to treat them the way they SHOULD be treated." I also hope YOU find someone JUST LIKE you with the same amount of kindness, compassion and apparent love for others you show.

It would be better to start fresh, on your own. The relationship did not work out for many reasons. A person can not really change. Do you want to risk a repeat of the former relationship?
Though it will save money, will it save on heartbreak? You can find something better in time, patience is a virtue. Look for places that you can afford, maybe even a roommate. Be selective, and have a open mind. You need to work on your self, before you start another relationship. A little jealousy is okay, but to much of it is bad for the soul.

you have to make up your mind now and be ready to take the risk of not being with him. if you are unhappy with him then why go back what quarantees you that its going to change if you gointo it . sorry but will rather be worse.make up ur mind and move ahead with life backwards never forward ever. or you guys must take an aggreement that those behaviours are not going to be there again .think twice

Yes. Take your chances on your own. Cheap rent is no reason to stay in a bad relationship.

So, based on what I understood your question to be, you are willing to go back to an unhappy relationship to save a few bucks.

Oh yeah, sounds like a great idea. Good luck with that.

its unfortunate that people get together out of convenience (cheaper to share bills) but they do it anyway even thou the relationship sucks... i'd much rather take my chances and stay on my own
