Not likely. They might go through similar training but the difference is that the military operator will do this training repetitively day after day until it is a reflex. A typical SWAT member may do his training a few times a month. Fitness really comes down to the individual. A SWAT guy who is training for a marathon may be able to outrun a military operator who runs 5 miles a day. But Fitness beyond what modern military forces train for would be needed only in unique situations. Intelligence is up to the individual. either you get it or you don't. If you don't, you won't be working with these people anyways.

If you are going to wear it as a fashion statement then on ye go "Tin Yin" you could be the new "Balaclava Wore"
Be well warned, it ranks up there with the "Return of the Snood" which lends itself to the question would a Shopping Centre ban you as a one of them "Snoodies"
If you are wanting to be BAD and p**s them off then just peer through their letter box and let them know how it feels

It depends though, if you can find such a balaclava to fit the size of your ginormous head that holds all of your knowledge, education and intellect.

then I would perhaps ‘respect’ your right to wear it !
Muslims wear ‘veils’ because it is what they believe they should do…

Lone Ranger masks and capes are more my style...why not, lets all go about disguised, it will be a scarier world and it will keep the police busy trying to identify suspects, refuse to reveal your face to anyone even if stopped do you think?.
