Go to ER, You never know what kind of damage could it do to you. Every person is different.

I had once swallowed a thumbtack(not intentionally, was just chewing on it like a pencil), and because of the direction i swallowed it(metal facing outward), it didn't do any damage. I can tell you this, though. I drank like 4 bottles of water as soon as it happened to push it through my digestive tract, and, until they knew, the doctors were confused how the tack got so far down. So that seems to work (just dont go overboard with how much you drink (like gallons worth) since that'd be water poisoning). If you are really worried, go to the doctors. They'll take an xray,t ell you to come back in a day or two to take another, and give you some stool softener. But I doubt itll even do anything since the tabs are sharp only at the bottom, and barely at that. Plus, they're pretty tiny in comparison to the circumference of the digestive tract, so I doubt they'll do anything. BUT, if you see blood in your stool, go see a doctor.
