How many calories in a 16 oz denver steak?

Don't know what a Denver Steak is,but a really good cut of steak has about 100 calories per serving which is suppose to be about 3oz.
To hell with that yuppie 3oz. crap.I can eat a good 16oz. rib eye no problem ,that's about 1600 calories!!!!! I love BEEF!BEEF BEEF BEEF BEEF gimme the blood too!!!!!

What you want to do is go on the Canadian Food guide website and on there they have chart with almost all foods on it. You can check there how many calories a 16oz Denver steak has.
