Depends on the meal that you ate I guess and how much food you consumed. Try eating smaller meals more often vesus large meals. Maybe your'e allergic to something? Dairy? Acidy foods? Fried foods? Keep a meal diary of what your eating and when and try to figure out a pattern between food and pain. Is is acid indigestion maybe? Drinking some apple cider vinegar with water a half hour before eating will do wonders for digestion...help with the reflux...and also shift excess weight..not that I know if that is a problem you have. If the problem continues..you really should see your doctor...to make sure there isnt a more serious underlying cause..like twisted bowel or something..

Sounds like you may have an ulcer, or maybe acid reflux. I wound'nt worry to much. I have the same problem. Get you some Prilosec OTC and try it. Has done wonders for my stomach. If it doesnt give you much relief, then i would talk to your doctor about it. God Bless

It could be a food allergy. Something as simplistic as dairy products or more difficult to detect like an ingredient in common in the foods that you eat.
