Level of pain, happiness with the results, how long did it last, etc.
She doesn't want to look too plastic, so could you also advise on the best areas of the face to have this done?

I've had botox done. You have to find the "right" person to do it. I went to a laser clinic and didn't like the results at all. Then I tried another place with totally different and amazing results. The first place never gave me a numbing cream for before the "treatment"or an ice pack for afterwards. I am very happy with my results, lasting over 3 months. (I have heard that the first place could have been using a "water downed" vile to try and get "patients" to keep coming back for more. As in everything, ask, listen and learn.
The best place for me is right between the eye brows. :)

it works fine. I hate needles and I was ok. It lasts for a couple of months and if you get a good doctor to administer it it will look totally natural. The best places are the "worry" lines of the forehead and the crowsfeet area around the eyes
