I would like to do some photo editing with photoshop.?

For fun I would like to make lips fuller, raise eyebrows, lengthen the neck. What tools in photoshop would be my best choice.

it's obviously not photoshop... is it a program or is it just CG work? Either way it makes us hopeful and feel inferior all at once
