Aren't they one in the same? Or at the very least natural selection is a further explaination of the theory of evolution.
Personally I think it could be one of the ways God chose to make the world.

Is that you Jim? This really sounds like a Jim Darwin question.

I value all human life and therefore must reject Darwins theory of evolution by natural selection on the basis of his implication that some of us are destined to fail (not survive). Darwin was brainwashed by that ridiculous theory claiming that the earth was intended for a smaller population of humans. Even if like plants and animals, human population trends are a cycle of growth and diminishment, there is no reason to suppose that "unfavorable" genetic traits which become suppressed would have hindered human survival.
Evolution in humans is steered by conciousness (my religious belief), not physiology. Darwin's theory is like hindsight. He can see the results of evolution, but not the true cause.

Evolution is a theory, aka, a guess. There is no proof to support it.

Life can't evolve from non-life, thus evolution can't explain how the very first life form came into existence.

Looks like Darwin has made a monkey out of all the evolutionists.

i can not talk for theists by way of undeniable fact that i do no longer individually have self belief in a deity, yet i think of people in in many circumstances want to sense that some thing or somebody is on top of issues of issues that they have not have been given any administration over. perchance no longer unavoidably a loving, etc. god, yet one that does have some duty of understanding what somebody does no longer comprehend. each physique is uncomfortable with the undeniable fact that each little thing happens by twist of fate and/or is a fluke or notwithstanding you may want to call existence. there isn't any want for a deity. we choose for our very own way by existence with the little administration that we've over the flaws around us. different issues can conquer that administration and *blam*... somebody gets hit by a bus. returned to the 1st few strains of the question... The 'clockwork' god is effective, yet holds no water. 'What became the 1st mover?' question is invalid. technology has no longer gotten to the beginning up yet, notwithstanding it has gotten to interior of theoretical milliseconds of the beginning up of the universe (large bang). What became there formerly is a touch foggie thought and actually recommendations boggling, yet some theories exist for that too. recommendations are effective, yet with out medical data or data, they are not worth lots greater desirable than lip provider.

Evolution isn't religious or a belief, it is evidence based science... to date nobody has a better explanation of how life developed on our planet nor has anyone managed to disprove evolution.

I have never read Darwin. The only theory I have read is very ancient. They call it 'The Bible'. My answers are based on common sense and knowledge through experience.

Please explain what you mean by Natural Selection. The theory of evolution is that a theory. Religiously I believe that mankind evolved from mankind and other species evolved from their kind.

I believe God created the laws of nature, and uses them as tools to accomplish His great plan, I have no problem considering that evolution could have been one of those tools.

have a good day.

I see no reason that evolution and spirituality need to be viewed separately....fundamentalists usually seem to have problems with this that, when vocalized, makes them look pretty ignorant.
If there's a spiritual world out there, it obviously coexists simultaneously with the scientific world.....whether "scientists" or "holy-rollers" like it or not.

I believe that G-d started the process of the earth and life on it. Then, life evolved-----------------and life changed as needed.

To say G-d and evolution are incompatible is silly. None of it would be without G-d.
