No legislation says you can't.
as a matter of fact, are you ready to withstand the stares from the rest of the society? That is the one crucial question you should post to yourself before you question anything else.
Good luck!

I think that they usually don't work. That's USUALLY. Some do, I guess. I have known several people in these relationships & eventually they figure out that they are both at different ' places ' in life & they don't have alot in common. That is once the infactuation wears a bit. But, some people are " old souls " or " forever young " so who knows for sure?
I think society frowns upon it because it seems unnatural. Most people tend to date within 5 years of each other. Maybe it has something to do with having children or if the gap is really big than it would seem almost perverted. You know, robbing the cradle? Like dating someone the same age as or older than one's children? These are not my opinions-just trying like you, to understand why society feels the way it does.

I am 30 and I dated a guy who was 20 years old. It is acceptable for an older man to date a much younger woman but it is not acceptable for a woman to date a younger man...They say women mature faster than men but I think it depends on the person, or couple. There are many couples that find happeness who have many years between them. I think you should just enjoy each other's company and tell the rest of the world to buzz off!! Don't let them keep you from finding happeness, show them that it can be done. Love knows no color, sex, or age!!Good luck!

Congratulations!!!!!!!! Two people who are feeling each other should be together no matter what!..........Of course, society will always have something to say on anything & esp. on this topic but since you said you have fallen "hard" for this older woman, on what society says shouldn't be in the forefront in your mind....
You DO YOU & the hell w/what ANYBODY says about you & your new lady..........If the topic comes up, just change it & talk about the weather!!
Peace******************

Men should only date younger women. Unless of course, the older woman is hot...like Demi Moore and Ashton Kutscher

Please do not consider age when love is concerned. Who is to say what is right or wrong. Go with your own feelings and desires.
I dated a man who was 30 something years older than me. Mostly it was ok, but sometimes he did try to be my dad.

Dude, if you're 32, buy some "Lee Press On Balls" and be with whomever you want. What do care what ANYONE else thinks? If your situation involves adults it's your business. I'm forty-ish, no one is going to tell me what's best for me! Good luck!
