ok only eat yogurt, seriously, i lost 25 punds, and i wasnt even overweight.. yogurt is healty and good and helps very quickly

I have found that eating 3 square meals aday helps. always eat at the same time each day. cereal with low fat milk for breakfast is good then a salad at lunch alot of water and try not to eat dinner after 7pm. Usaully in the first week you could loose 10 to 20 pounds because it usaully is all water after that you will see that you may only loose a pound or 2 a week. Good Luck

Cardio and weight training. super low fat foods. maybe skip a meal, the least amount of calliories you put in your body the more fat your burning off when you work out. When fighters what to lose weight in a few weeks they eat one meal a day or nothing but water..... cardio, cardio, cardio..
