I'm 3 months late and I'm having all the symptoms of pregnancy but I just had a pap and the dr. didn't say anything about a baby. What does that mean?

First off, I would get a pregnancy test, but during a pap test the doctor has full vision of your cervix, which when your pregnant, turns a blue color, so chances are he should have noticed but, maybe he didn't, geta pregnancy test and go back to the doctor, maybe a different doctor

No, the doctor will not check to see if you are pregnant unless you ask them to. They also do not check for STDs which many people assume they do. I would go and get a pregnancy test from the pharmacy and check yourself. If it is positive call your doctor and then they will check you.
BTW, I would get a new doctor if I was you, because they usually ask when your last period was and if you told them 3 months ago, a good doctor would assume that something was going on.

It meands that you need to tell your doctor so that they can test you and see if you are pregnant. A Pap test only checks fo cancer. If you are 3 months late, call your doctor and get tested. If you are positive, they can start getting you set up with visits with your doctor.

And you didn't mention this? You didn't say anything? By 3 months he would have seen if you were pregnant. Are you not having Pre-natal care if you are pregnant? I'm confused here...if you think you are pregnant, why arent you taking care of yourself?

You should have told your doctor that you may be pregnant, and they would have done a test. It's really hard to tell if you are not very far in.

nothing ,it isnt a pregnancy test,but if you had mentioned to the doctor you were late he may have taken a test

i dont see why the dr. didnt say anything... did you mention it to him? or maybe i should say something or get a new doctor.

I think that you can tell because something happens to your body when your pregnant
