I ran into an old "guy friend" a couple days ago. We seemed to hit it off pretty well. He got my phone number but I have not heard from him yet. Did I read his signals wrong? What makes it more confusing is I met another guy the night before and he has called me every day since we met. I would much rather hear from the old friend rather than the new guy.

Well I think the question has the answer in it, She doesn't want the guy who calls every day she wants the one that didn't call.

Calling the next day makes you seem desperate, 2 days minimum but more than 4 days is rude unless you are out of town or something.

I think if the old "guy friend" was going to call, he would have already called you. At this point, I wouldn't put my life on hold, or sit by the phone in "hopes" of receiving a call from him! The other guy has shown an interest in you and the possibility of pursuing "something more". If you are interested in pursuing a relationship, then maybe this new guy is worth giving it a shot, especially since you to have appeared to spark his interest. If you are not interested, then let the new guy know right off, so he can move on. But, don't sit around waiting for the old guy friend to call.

he is ur old friend right and u just ran into him. i think he has already a gal friend. so dont expect him to call u. if u liked him tht much then call him urself tell him how u feel. as for the other guy he definately seems to hv great like for u. so if u ask me go 4 the other guy u will like him.

Not that you read his signals wrong, he read your right.

Guys like to chase so maybe he thought you were eager and willing to get together again. Stay aloof girl.

If he's really into you, he'll call eventually.

patience. for some reason, guys tend to think they have to wait a certain number of days before calling. hopefully someone will tell them that's a myth.
