Well that all depends on the situation.....did you make the mistake? Did he leave you because of it? How much time has passed may make a difference on his feelings about the mistake. He might have had some time to think things over and do some reassessing of it the situation. Is it a mistake that can happen again? You might just need some time to pass or/and some serious talking/convincing with him. Good Luck!

I would call him up and ask him to go on a walk with you, so that way you guys could talk. You dig down to the bottom of your heart and tell him how you truly feel about him and that the break up was all a misunderstanding. Tell him that you love him and that he is the world to you.
