No. If some politicians would actually support the troops, not saying they do and them call them "baby killers", the attitude toward war in Iraq would be much better perceived. Listen to the troops that have served there - not the so called major media and its stories.
War never goes as planned, never has. Ask Napoleon or Hitler.
Ridding a country of terrorist that have no "rules of engagement" is very, very difficult. How do you engage and enemy in combat when he's willing to blow up civilians, women & children with car bombs?
Look what the Democratic Party did to Liberman for showing support for the war. The same Democrats that voted for the same war. Now they all want to pretend that they didn't vote "yes". Their actions are hardly providing moral support to the troops - that are in combat.

It's not tearing me apart. It is something I believe has to be done. I wish it a speedy end...but I wouldn't agree with a full pullout. War is unavoidable. Try not to worry so much, your life will be easier and richer.

Now when your done whining about how you feel, atleast you can do that and sit in the comfort of your own home. How about the men and women who are over there and how they feel. They have no say, ITS THEIR JOB. Gosh I wish people would stop with this crap. The military needs your support and this is how you show it. Thank god its a free world and we can say what we want, and not have to worry about our heads getting cut off.

War is always messy; that is unavoidable. Sometimes war itself is necessary, and unavoidable. That is an apt description of the Iraq situation.
