I already answered your first question, but after this weekend you will be an additional hour behind. For example, I am in Texas and now I am one hour behind San Juan, after DST I will be 2 hour behind. Just add another hour. You will be 4 hours behind, or just check this website after the weekend. http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/

3 hrs, ahead, the sun rises in the east, and sets in the west. And for 3 hrs. they will be 4 hrs. ahead of us. Odd isn't it, did you know that there are several states that don't observe day lights savings time ?

RINCON AND THE REST OF PUERTO RICO IS ON ATLANTIC STANDARD TIME (AST). IN LATE FALL AND WINTER, WE ARE AN HOUR AHEAD OF EASTERN STANDARD TIME. THE REST OF THE YEAR, WE ARE IN SYNCH WITH EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME.
