Whats the time difference between Vancouver and San Juan Puerto Rico?

Someone said 3 hours but is San Juan 3 hours ahead or behind?...and what about next weekend after time change??...Thanks!

I already answered your first question, but after this weekend you will be an additional hour behind. For example, I am in Texas and now I am one hour behind San Juan, after DST I will be 2 hour behind. Just add another hour.
