In front of a church, school, sports practice, etc. You need to be at a place that experiences alot of foot traffic.

Well I guess you should figure out what the bake sale is for... for example, if it is for a sport, maybe in the main hall of your school near the athletic area or where you would get a lot of traffic or if its for an art program maybe outside of the art wing or even in the main hall where the most people would be walking by. I would also suggest hanging signs for it and making posters for the table.
